“Am I Racist?” A Review

Daily Wire recently released their comedy/documentary film “Am I Racist” in theaters, so me and my son saw it today.

Some feared the previews give away the best parts of the film. Be assured they did not.

As many times as I’ve seen the previews, however, I did get a little impatient wanting to see something else during those scenes. But that’s not the fault of the advertising team. Most likely I spend too much time on Daily Wire.

Others who’ve seen it have said several parts were cringy, and they were. But that was also the point. I gotta give Matt Walsh credit for being brave enough to make a fool out of himself and staying in character while listening to all the DEI blathering.

The parts not shown in the previews were equally if not more funny, but also sad. Far too many people have been convinced their whiteness—something they have no control over—is somehow their fault. Even worse, they’re told they can’t to a thing about it other than wallow in their guilt. Except perhaps pay so-called DEI Experts their hard-earned cash to make them feel even more guilty. You will be shocked at how much Daily Wire paid for Walsh to interview or participate in their workshops/lectures (Slight spoiler: Robin DiAngelo was not paid the most).

There is plenty of hope in the movie, too, but I won’t get into detail as I risk giving too much away.

All-in-all, I give the movie a solid 8.5/10, so if you haven’t yet seen it, I highly recommend you do.

One last thing. Stay through the credits. You’ll be glad you did, guaranteed.
